These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Word Reader & Docs Creator (the “App”), provided by Trusted PDF Tools (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides tools to read, create, edit, and manage Word documents and other supported files, and may include document scanning functionality. The App is intended for Android devices and is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To provide core features, the App may request access to device storage (to read/create/edit/save documents) and camera access (for scanning). You can manage permissions in your device settings, but certain features may not function without the required permissions.

The App may display advertisements, including through Google AdMob and other advertising partners. Ad networks may collect identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and interaction data to provide, measure, or personalize ads in accordance with their policies and your device settings.
The App may offer subscription plans and/or one-time in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment method details. Pricing, trial terms (if any), billing frequency, and renewal rules are shown in Google Play at the time of purchase.
The App and all related trademarks, logos, and branding (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
